Daily workout routine good or bad? Why?

Is working out on a daily basis 3 times a day morning, afternoon, and evening a good thing to do as long as its a different muscle group each time. For example, morning, legs and cardio, afternoon abs, evening delts. etc.,

    3x a day, 5x a week.

    Good or bad? why?

Just as long as you're working out different muscles each day per week along with some rest periods in between, your fine.

Its only bad when you work out the same muscles the next day because your not giving it time to rest thus resulting in muscle loss.

Way over training. The best you could do would be cardio in the am, workouts in the afternoons. Thatd keep you pretty lean and could be done 4-5 days a week if you get the proper sleep, eat the proper diet and only do about 9-15 sets per muscle group. Less for abs, biceps and the smaller muscles. Research P/RR/S and 5x5 and other training methods.

This is good advice I would definitely take into consideration.
