    Worst Muscle to be Sore?

    I used to think there was nothing worse than sore hamstrings when oly lifting, but now I feel that the worst muscle to have sore are the shoulders.

    For me it's definitely shoulders.

    You get that pain really deep into the muscle and it doesn't matter what you seem to do it doesn't quite hit the spot that hurts.

    You can't even stand right when those are sore, even sleeping is difficult because there is no resting position for the calves, any movement and its instant FFFFFUUUUUUU-- I'll never do long distance running ever again.

    i have to say my butt muscles. i keep the volume of training low but intensity high. and when i finish a heavy squat my butt hurts big time.
