Amsterdammer just got back from MRI SHOULDER SCAN- FULLBLOWN DEPRESSION RITE NOW(srs)
Just when you ****ing thought things couldn't get any worse, they do
Scans pointed out a Acromioclaviculaire luxation, basically meaning the ligaments and tendons holding my shoulder-joint in place from moving upwards are WAY too long, and because of this whenever I move my arm up, my whole joint pops out and pushes up against my collarbone. Its something genetically from birth
How do you fix this? You cant, you have to hope that you can strengthen your deltoids enough from training, but pretty much impossible when you start lifting heavy. Surgery? Takes a minimum of 2 years with lots and LOTS of revalidation, and even then there is no guarantee you will be able to use it again for lifting, they tend not to use the surgery because most are worse off with increased complaints

i kno how u feel, i had an MRI wednesday which revealed at torn TFCC cartilidge in my right wrist. they are recommending surgery but said there's a strong chance it won't fix anything. i might not be able to lift anything with my right arm for i dunno how long. feels bad man

wtf?? since when do you need to lift big ass heavy weight to get in good shape?? You can STILL do light weights right? If so then just do light weights with more reps, okay you won't get big but **** it, who cares! atleast you'll be healthy and toned.
