    How do you eat your eggs?

    Just wondering how you guys eat your eggs. I am thinking about just going raw, taste of egg is just too plain anymore, might as well wash it down asap without having to cook.

    You'd rather eat RAW slime that could give you salmonella than have a nice scrabbled egg which takes a couple of minutes to make ?

    Try this,

    2 Whole Eggs

    + As many eggs whites as you want

    a dash of milk

    nob of flora light or butter

    Sprinkle of black pepper and herb for taste

    *Mix everything into a bowl well and in the microwave for about two minute (Check and stir/fluff after one minute and put back in) After two minutes stir well, if there is any liquid, most with cook with the heat of the steam, if any excess after stirring, put in back in micro for another 20secs or so until happy.

    Tastes awesome, add a couple pieces of bacon, tastes even better

    you're chances of getting samonella from slamming raw eggs is rare... i used to slam eggs raw all the time cause cooking them sucks HOWEVER your body aborbs way more protein if they are cooked....so cook them and eat them, also, if you just slam eggs like when , you sh*t them out liquid , feels bad brah

    warm up olive oil on the pan w/ medium heat.
    put 3 eggs on.
    wait 30seconds, scramble and turn heat off.
    cut up 1/2" velveeta cheese, drop it in.
    put on LOW flame for about 3-4 minutes.
    pry up the sides and let it slide onto plate, pour OJ.
    ???

    after, make toast and drink w/ milk.

    or hard boiled for simplicity...i hardboil 18 eggs @ a time...keep them stored in the fridge and if i need to pack a meal, they're good to go

    I fry about 3 eggs in some olive oil with a little cracked pepper on top. I let them cook for a little bit until the yolk gets somewhat firm. Take them off, put them on two slices of ciabatta (or any good white bread)that has been rubbed with garlic (so you get some of the flavor but not too much). Put the egg on top then sprinkle with some sea salt and Parmesan cheese. Sometimes I put marinara sauce under the egg but my ma usually flips cause she uses that for pasta. They are very satisfying. This with a side of home fries will fill you up like nothing else.

    I read the chances of getting Salmonella from raw eggs is incredibly rare. Like, once ever 30 years or so kind of rare.

    The author goes as far to say as the risk is 1 in 30,000 that you will catch the disease. I don't think he links to any specific studies, but there's an about the author section at the bottom that says: "Coach G. is a cancer survivor and marathon runner who has studied health and fitness for more than 30 years."

    How to make Irish's OMNOMNOMLETTE

    3 eggs
    1tbs olive oil
    Pinch of pepper
    Pinch of salt

    beat 3 whole eggs in a jug put in pepper and salt
    Put olive oil in pan and heat very low moving the oil round pan

    Pour mixture into pan
    Leave it on fairly low heat till solid base, swill excess egg around the edges to even it out.
    when still ever so slightly runny put filler in ( i use ham or cheese)
    Fold edges over to make oblong with filler inside, after about 30 seconds flip it
    when its cooked eat it ( is good between 2 bits of toast)

    Then go, im so glad i got this OMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMLETTE

    fastest way I've found to eat eggs is to soft-boil them.

    Then you can pre-peal them and they take about 10 seconds to eat...
