to have a BMR of 2100 at my height w/"little to no exercise" (1.2x activity multiplier) I would need to weigh 170lbs. That is how I am gaining. Although I am not close to 170lbs (not ever will be at 5'2"), I am not sedentary either, which is why I am eating this much.
I understand your point and appreciate your concern, but no need to exaggerate.

Read the bold...Cardio+Legs, or even considering loads of NEPA (non-exercise physical activity)
You are burning easily 750-1000+ calories off that alone.
My BMR is over 1750-1800 at 160lbs (when i got a BODPOD) even if you are 120-130lbs or so (dont know because you refuse to tell). You need to look at the bigger picture, if you sat on your ass all day I can guarantee you are burning over 1600-1700+. Not to include NEPA or any kind of cardio+lifting you do (because I know you are very active)
I do not see how you are steadily gaining or giving yourself a chance to gain. Your metabolism must be shot.

Day 6
Been busy studying for exams so I am a little behind and don't have all pics:
Chicken w/ Mexican mash
TVP oatmeal w/ PB (made a big pot of this to keep heating up)
Ended up making a bunch of wraps for easy meals.
Cottage cheese mixture for prebed.

Monday I had some extra time to make some good stuff
Myofusion and Carbquik Brownies for the win
Home-made granola bar (fork pic'd for size reference)
Big cheese, chicken and veggie casserole
Shake and PB toast
Workout: Decided to go with something a little different. Basically did 3 sets of all compound lifts (deads, bench, military press, squats, rows, and dips) with 3 sets of curls to hit the bi's.Founder of MMDELAD

agreed. Go to www.recipezaar.com. You know all of my brownies/banana bread/muffins seen in the last few months? they are all recipes from that site. And believe me by just doing a few recipes, my baking skills have skyrocketed.

For veggies: 1lb of forzen spinach with creole seasoning
Pumpkin/carbquik bake with PB
Blended CC, fruit, Prebed

Catching up so here was yesterday's Goods
Only have one more exam this week so the meals are getting tastier with added prep-time.
Ham and cheese pita pizza
spinach omelet

Steamed broccoli raab w/ EVOO
CC ice cream (finally got some more whipped CC)
