    not quite
    to have a BMR of 2100 at my height w/"little to no exercise" (1.2x activity multiplier) I would need to weigh 170lbs. That is how I am gaining. Although I am not close to 170lbs (not ever will be at 5'2"), I am not sedentary either, which is why I am eating this much.

    You are burning easily 750-1000+ calories off that alone.
    My BMR is over 1750-1800 at 160lbs (when i got a BODPOD) even if you are 120-130lbs or so (dont know because you refuse to tell). You need to look at the bigger picture, if you sat on your ass all day I can guarantee you are burning over 1600-1700+. Not to include NEPA or any kind of cardio+lifting you do (because I know you are very active)

    I do not see how you are steadily gaining or giving yourself a chance to gain. Your metabolism must be shot.

    well if hes gaining then its enough, but i would be surprised if he were gaining. also all those pancakes and omlettes and it only totals to 2100 cals?

    My weight problem has largely been due to overexercising. That is one reason why many around me thought I was fine and better before I really was. Back in HS when I was a distance runner, I would be putting in 10 miles a day. Running that amount, I could easily eat a normal level of calories and lose substantial weight.
    So the key for me most recently has been cutting down on cardio (although I still play sports, run and bike but do it at an enjoyable level) and finally focusing on the weight training and REST.
    btw if you're eating enough you can not overexercise. youll stay the same but i do not believe you can over eat and then work it off....unless youre doing ultra marathons

    Been busy studying for exams so I am a little behind and don't have all pics:

    TVP oatmeal w/ PB (made a big pot of this to keep heating up)



    Ended up making a bunch of wraps for easy meals.

    Workout: Off-day lifting after leg day, just some light biking.

    Workout: Decided to go with something a little different. Basically did 3 sets of all compound lifts (deads, bench, military press, squats, rows, and dips) with 3 sets of curls to hit the bi's.

    Spicy


    For veggies: 1lb of forzen spinach with creole seasoning

    Catching up so here was yesterday's Goods
    Only have one more exam this week so the meals are getting tastier with added prep-time.

    Ham and cheese pita pizza



    spinach omelet


    TVP oatmeal w/ PB and cocoa powder

    Steamed broccoli raab w/ EVOO


    CC ice cream (finally got some more whipped CC)


    Workout: After some heavy lifting days, today was an off day. Did some light biking and then cooled down with a 15minute jog.

    The pita pizza was a 6" pita (so yes somewhat small) and made 2
    omelet was 4 eggs 8oz spinach
    broccoli was 1lb
    TVP was 1c w/ 2tbsp PB and was one bowl of a larger pot
    ice cream is 1 c CC w/ scoop of casein and 1/2 c milk

    eat less broccoli. i know that trick too..if you cant eat A POUND of freakin broccoli you would be better served to eat more eggs...or more PITA or 2 scoops casein...get it?
