    Video of me doing 8 (missed the first one due to recording problems) Dragonflags.


    I'm trying to check my form. I think I'm coming high enough but i cannot tell for sure. I can definitely tell I'm not going low enough on at least a few reps. The last rep looked like i cheated a little as well.


    I guess i have a few questions. Is my form strict enough? Am I going low enough or high enough?

    you need to resist the downward motion...you are just letting gravity pull you.

    dragonflags tear your abs by resisting gravity on that downward motion

    Is adding ankle weights to dragonflags a good or bad idea once i get the form down and my reps to the right range (working towards 3x10) I'm not sure if this will add to the strain on my spine or something.

    The one i go to is pretty nice actually. The people working are people my age and don't really care if your dead lifting or making noise. They ignore the alarm when it goes off.
