7:00 AM Breakfast w/ Supergreen Food and Ultimate Omega
9:30 AM Ideal Whey Shake
11:30 AM Lunch
1:18 PM Ideal Whey Shake
3:30 PM Steel Bar
4:00 PM 15g of Dextrose w/ water (DURING WORKOUT )
5:15 PM BCAA's shake w/ 48g of Dextrose (POST WORKOUT)
5:45 Ideal Whey Shake (POST WORKOUT)
6:30 PM Dinner
9:00 PM snack (whole food)
Critique this diet. This is my school day diet on my workout days. I am going to eat healthy during 3 main meals mostly paleolithic foods with some bread and pasta added. I am going to be getting in 285 g of protien, 345 carbs and 200 g of fats and 4000 calories.
Am I taking to many supplements/not whole foods?

Personal preference: combine your 5:15 and 5:45 into one shake for ease's sake.
That's a lot of whey you're consuming but strictly speaking whey is one of the cheapest complete proteins per oz so at the end of the day it's just a preference thing as well.
It's nice to mixup your protein sources, but I wouldn't sweat it.
Without knowing your total kcal/macros, weight, height, activity level it's really hard to say, but it looks like it oughta be enough.I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor. -- Thoreau

my quick take is this: you need more "real food" and less supplements. Supplements are great, but they are meant to do just that... supplement the food you're eating, not replace it.
