    2 months to lose as much weight as i can..is this a good way?

    Hi i want to lose as much weight as i can during two months...i have bulked quite a bit to something im happy with and i really just want to cut for summer.

    I dont have a strict diet because of school...but i usually just have alot of fruit..veg and chicken and drink lots of water.


    I havent got much cash for gym at the moment so i just run around my area.

    Now i was wondering if i keep my diet clean with fruits veg and chicken will this be good enough?

    Im also wondering if i run early morning..for around 20 mins jogging..will this be ok?..I will be jogging before school so i wont have as much time as i need.

    If i do this will i be able to lose 1-2kg a week?

    yes, you become anorexic from exercising ;-D but anyways, yea can eat all that stuff... just make sure everything that you put into your body meets your caloric intake where you are burning more than you're taking in and you'll be good.
