Not unless you have a HUGE amount of breast tissue.
Breasts are fat + glandular tissue... If you lose fat from your whole body such that you're competition lean, your boobs will 'lose fat' too (How much they shrink? That's based on genetics), and what is left over is the glandular tissue... so unless you've got abnormal levels of this - you'll lose most of your bust.

Itīs my second surgery too, first time I had breast implants for 17 years and I could do everithing. Now I think I have to be patient (because only pass 5 months), sometimes even abs make me feel pain after workout for a few days. As far as Iīve seen I think I could have to wait around a year to things get normal. Itīs too much time, but I arranged a solution, I buyed a weighted vest and Iīm doing squats and lunges with that.

I'm the same...pecs now as big as my little ones. As the gals mentioned above, there are certain exercises they feel uncomfortable with or don't do and that's not going to happen to me. No way I'm not going to benchpress; I'm ready to set some records.
I'll put that on my training log..cute.Training log:

Denise Milani is my fitness inspiration! Not only does she manage to keep her feminine curves, she still manages to be shredded AND keep her boobs. She looks amazing and frequently is posting motivational thing on her Twitter page. Love it!
Rumor has it that her new website will feature her workouts- I for one, can't wait!

I was back in the gym within 7-10 days (had unders), I recovered super quickly but wasn't lifting weights at this point. I did some leg training around 12 days post-op (with the OK from my PS) and then I was able to train arms/shoulders (light) and eventually back. I found triceps were the weirdest body part to train, I could feel the implant move, ugh. But it eventually stopped and now I guess I'm just used to it. You have overs so it probably won't feel as weird as it was for me.
I made the decision to not do any DIRECT chest work (even though my PS said I could) because I'm scared ****less of my implants going to the sides. Plus, I don't plan on competing so it's not really an issue. With overs you will not have a problem training chest.
Maybe start with some light cardio, elliptical/cycling... I know I HAD to do something because I was soooo bored staying at home doing nothing (took 2 weeks off from work for the surgery). Good luck with your recovery!Mom of two boys. Natural competitor.

Oh baby I wish u luck trying to get rid of them but I don't think you will be able to with exercise.
We are blessed and honestly I would looove to be a 32 F And stay that way. I have lost 13kg and instead of going down a cup size I went up to an L. My breasts are harder and firmer than my breastfeeding sister in law. There are some fat that just won't go.
Good luck
