Smaller boobies
Sigh... if only ppl used logic! What are boobs primarily??? Fat... so when you lose weight, what happens? You lose fat (hopefully). It only makes sense boobies shrink too. For big weight loss in boobs, look out for excess skin and sag! GAWD plastic surgery can be great!

Or a live one.
[^ muscle has resting 'tone'.... Well, all innervated muscle anyway... this tone is one of the reasons why you don't flop around like a rag doll... so the answer is: she needs to build more muscle then lose the fat to show it off... Read: This thread ).

nice to see a lot of intelligent, strong women for a change!
I remember dieting down for my first bbing comp last year. a big boobied co-worker of mine had the nerve to tell me, and I quote, "I was talking to Noreen about you and how you have no boobs anymore. And it's just not right for a woman not to have boobs!" And I thought to myself, breasts don't make the woman....the woman makes the woman! She should have said that at a strides against breast cancer rally....I'm sure it would've gone over quite well!
A male co-worker said I looked manly...now mind you, I work in a warehouse full of 50-60-somthings (age has nothing to do with it...they are just about all over-weight and miserable) and it seems they all look forward to the donuts when they arrive. So to that I said...."Buddy, I am more manly than you'll ever be and more woman than you'll ever have....and at least my 6pack doesn't come with pull-off tabs beer farts!"
If ever during your quest for health and fitness, you find adversity from your fellow-person, remember it is not YOU they are angry with...its themselves for not having the will, strength, discipline, courage, motivation, drive, and hunger to do what you are doing. Misery loves company and I am just not in the mood those kinds of guests! If it doesn't CHALLENGE you, it won't CHANGE you!

this is a great thread with lots of information!!
After reading through everything and doing some research, I came across a doctor (in my area) that does "Microfat Grafting" - inwhich they take patients who are coming in for lipo and use the fat that is taken from those areas and place it inside the breast.
Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone had this done? pros / consIt's funny, isn't it? How one moment can change a million after it.

a little concerned...
Hi all
im new to this whole fitness thing and protein shakes ect.
(shy) ive got small boobs (34A) and i wanted to find out if i start taking protein shake
will it turn my boobs into pecs? i know protein shakes feed your muscles and help your muscle grow and stuff im just worried it will turn the "little" fat i do have (my boobs) into pecs...?
just looking for some info on it, i cnt really afford to loose any more boob haha
thanks

Oh dear....
Fat and muscle are two separate types of tissue. That is like asking if you can turn granite into sandstone. Protein shakes do nothing more than help assist with muscle recovery and ensure you are meeting the nutritional needs of your training regime - they are not steroids that will help you grow pecs overnight sadly.
So no, your boobs will not turn into pecs.....September 2006 - 9km Sydney Harbour Bridge Run - 45:25

Looking for anyone in my area (san diego) that has gotten implants. Wld love to hear about how happy you are with results. I used to work in a plastics OR and never got to see the "final" result and see if people were happy with results. I have looked at docs web sites, etc, but they are generally going to post only their best b/a pics.... I dont feel like its reliable.
Anyone willing to share with me, PM me!

Follow his advice, then.
You probably will go through a period of wimpy-ness where you aren't real happy with the rest of your body because you won't be able to work out for a while (and then you won't be able to work out with enough intensity for a while after you are allowed to start lifting again), but everything will eventually straighten itself out.
