LMAO. Love reading what everyone thinks about boobs, real/fake, big/small. I just got a new pair a month ago and I love them. After nursing 3 children and bringing my body fat down so low they were the only thing about my body I was really unhappy with. After doing 3 years of research, talking to several surgeons, talking to serveral woman who have implants and speaking with my doctor, I finally did it. Not to impress a man or other woman but just for me. I now feel great in my clothes and I love that I no longer have to bother with cup inserts for bras or workout tops. Some people don't understand and that's OK, I don't need them to. Most people, especially woman, think they look great with my body size and shape. I was very suprised at how supportive my female friends were and how many of them would love to have theirs done! As for working out I am already back to lifting the same weights as before my implants with the exception of bench press and pull ups but I plan on getting back on track with that over the next few weeks. They do take a bit of getting used to in the gym becasue they do move a bit differently from real ones but it's not painful. Anyone who is considering having them done but is not sure please do your homework. The internet is packed with information on the pros and cons as well as the risks and the different types of implants. Make sure you pick a good surgeon not a cheap one and get serveral opinions. You should be 100% comfortable with the clinic you pick. Make sure you are meet the surgeon and his team before you book anything and take your time picking size. Don't think you have to go really big to be happy with the results unless of course that's what you really want.
If you can't move your own body weight, whats the point!

Having breast implants and pushing weights is a very unusual feeling to get used to! It took me a while to realise that I wasn't going to "bust" them or something stupid so yes, it is very much a mindset. It's just an awkward feeling and starting off on light weights was the key for me. I am now used to the feeling, have never had any complications and my chest muscles have built fine with it. Just tell her to ease into it.

After losing 45 lbs over a year, I dropped a solid cup (& 2 band sizes, which means it was probably more like a cup and a half). That bothered me less than a phase involving sagginess, wrinkling and puckering, most noticeable when I'd lean over, but visible even standing up.
I'm so happy to say all issues but size have significantly improved over the past month!
I can't say for sure why, though time is obviously a big part of it. I'm 35. I smoke (though not for long I hope). I do take Vit C, eat protein and veg, drink lots of water, and do incline presses & push-ups every workout. (It's probably time, more than anything.)
Anyway just wanted to encourage people who are actively losing and freaking out - things do get better!
edit: and I like my little boobs.

wow I didn't realise that body building would affect breast size that much! I guess it makes sense. I'm not that massively keen on building muscle just want to get more toned than anything. I really like my figure and my boobs!. Don't think I would want to be sacrificing my boobs to build muscle. That's quite the commitment from the women who do.

I lost a lot of weight and lost boob size but not cup size. They were saggy though so I got a lift and small implant to keep them full and not saggy. My boobs don't look bigger than before but they will stay nicer longer. I haven't had any issues with chest exercises either.

I've heard this too and actually watched an experienced PS speaking about it(with a demo vid) on u-tube and it was scary to see the weird gap happening. Wonder if it makes a difference if they are under the muscle or partials? I'm 8 weeks post op & mine are partials. I have noticed that when I flex my pecs I do infact get a wider gap so it makes sense that it would become more prominent the more you worked the chest? I've also seen that they can get that squashed look to the implants with prominent side-boob. Just to be safe anyway, I've ceased training my chest.

I just looked at many sites to check this out and emailed my ps about this. The info I saw it shouldn't affect you. Waiting to hear back from my ps. I have had zero issues.
