OP, it's really not that hard. Have water on you at all times. If you think a shot is roughly 2 oz., within 4 swallows (3 if you're an alpha) you've drank one cup of water. I thought it was going to be hard when I first started actually paying attention to my water intake, and then I found out it wasn't tough at all really.
No boats, no care.

I don't think it's hard unless you actually TRY to finish a gallon a day. Without even realizing it, I fill up my 16oz. bottle about 5-6 times a day and I drink half of it in a short amount of time because looking at it just makes me thirsty. When I try to fill up a gallon, I almost never finish the gallon until bedtime because it just seems too much.
I think it's all just mental. If you think about it, you'll constantly track the amount you've had. If you just go through your day and not think about it, you'll easily get more than a gallon. You can easily get almost half a gallon of water during workouts since you're always walking over to the fountain during rest.

Well if you drink the gallon or whatever a day, your body becomes accustomed to it. When I first started drinking this much water I was pissing like every 20-30 minutes. Now after drinking a gallon a day for about a month, I piss every couple hours or so. Water cleans your system, so after drinking it for a while, your system is clean! Therefore your body uses the water instead of wasting it/you just pissing it out. It helps absorb your vitamins.
I have noticed a lot of change since I began drinking so much water. Decrease in acne, more energy, and I have actually been able to sleep better and get a full 8 hours rest, which was a major problem before.
