How many workouts a week for a beginning teen?

I made a post similar to this before but the answers I received were minimal and unhelpful, all I want to know is how many days should a beginner at age 15 workout? Is 3 days (push, pull, legs) spread out through the week enough to build muscle. Would it be better off to workout more frequently?

everybody is different, beginners will get results and see improvement despite frequency. I would start off with 3. Maybe consider a beginner strength program. Like a 5x5. 3 days a week will allow you to recover properly. after doing that for a few weeks you'll get a better understanding of your body and see if you can maybe handle another day of training. Everyone will probably give you a different answer to this question. I think the most helpful piece of advice for a beginner is that anything you are going to do is more than you were doing before so you should see improvements.
