So if I do literally everything right to gain muscle like add workout varieties, proper protein, proper calories and macros etc., right sleep, go up in weight each week for each exercise or do better form or more reps on the exercise, add compound exercises ALOT, get proper rest, do 8-12 reps, motivate myself, track my progress, stay consistent, train each head, and have sex less often will I gain no matter what? Oh yea and too anyone in my thread yesterday...sorry been going through hard times a close family member died two days back in California and was very close to him. I know, stop making excuses, sorry. Thanks and I don't ever provoke an argument. God bless you all and I HOPE YA'LL NEVER HAVE TO WITNESS WHAT I have witnessed these past few days.
