I did 5 sets of dips today (106 total reps), followed by 5 sets of bw pull ups (80 total reps), and finished up with 5 sets of pushups (111 total reps). Was very brutal doing all of these in the same workout.

Are we all turning into an Extreme dips crew in here.
Big fan of dips myself. How far down do u guys normally go with dips for u to consider it a legit dip? I normally go until my tris are paralell??
Been getting some nice solid weighted pullups workouts in lately. Can definately improve on my 306lb PB. Might try get a vid up in a few weeks to see where I'm at.

The most I've ever done is 35. Gonna have to record myself for proof. I prefer dips over pullups though. I've managed to hit 3 45 plates and a 10 I think on dips before for 6 reps.

i regret not using chalk i think i might have been able to hang on a little longer might have been able to squeeze out 21 but prob not anyways
i do need to get a setup like u and tinywrist. i tried to get it zoomed in closer to see my chin and now its not a full picture. i have two cameras i would just need to buy that program and also a better scale|~| EXTREME PULL UPS CREW |~|

I am using adobe premiere elements 9. It came with adobe photoshop elements 9 in a combo pack that I bought from office depot for my wife last christmas.
