not bad dude. tris look small compared to the biceps, but other than that, nice job. i'd keep bulking, personally, but its all up to you. you look like you could handle some more mass before a cut. but like it's been said, it's all up to you.

actually I would say he looks small compared to his deltoids, but anyway I would bulk some more, you look pretty cut right now.
