This. It has happened to me a few times. In my dream I know it's bad but I do it anyway. I wake up and realize nothing happened. Its a big relief

I am surprised how many people this has happened to though. I thought it was just me

    Two things different for me
-I'm always hungry! ( not as hungry as a normal deflect diet, but still hungry )
    -Way less energy for workouts

Only on day 8 still in the induction. And 11-12 percent bf. should have enough stored fat for energy just gotta learn to use it

100 percent in keto for 5 days <3
    225lbs bench
    255lbs squat
    385lbs dead lift

The lack or workout energy is to be expected because of the lack of glycogen in the muscles (especially in the induction phase where you don't have a carb up for a few weeks). You should have more energy in day to day activities though. I know I did.

Also what do your macros look like?

    2000cal /144fat/25net carb / 150 protein

    Maintain is 2500-2600

Somedays I'll have 2200-2300 depending on how sluggish I feel.

Slowly starting to get my daily energy back. But this diet is 90 percent mental. And I can usually push through workouts if I put my mind to it. I'm just not as strong. Which I'll trade for lower bf

I'm already using ec stack, I think my lack of energy comes from long work days. Leave my house for the bus at 4:40 get to work at 6. Work till 6 get bus and be home by 8. Right to the gym then hope for 6-7 hours of sleep :$ it's like that 24 days of the month ( working lots of ot )

But nobody said getting ripped was easy!

No sir it is not. I'm in high school, and I work every day after school, so the only time I have to work out is in the morning. I'm up by 4:45 every weekday. I get home around 6:30 and it's homework from there.

A relevant quote for those of us with ridiculous schedules who still find time to work out, "If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse."

Excellent. I have wallpapers of different quotes like these cycling as my background. Excellent motivation at 4:50 in the morning.

My favorite is “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

Damn man, I don't know about # 1, and # 2, but I do get hungry in the keto low carb diet. I do get less hungry on this high fat keto, low-carb diet. But i still get feelings of hunger at times
