dont use creatine while on cycle. stop all creatine during cycle and add it during PCt to hold on to you gains. tried this once; stupid. then ran a cycle with the creatine and it made a world of difference.

Because there is no reason to stop it on cycle.
Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.

If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

to me its common sense. if creatine is a staple(and it should be) and you are looking to enhance what you are already doing then why would you stop it.

Yeah true. Oh well... what do you know you learn something new everyday. I mean I have been told here before not to take any creatine on any cycle, did not give it any thought as I was a newb

I followed the same advice and even told some people to do it. Until I thought about it; ran a cycle of m-drol continued everything and it made a world of difference. I continued preworkout( jacked), creatine and the rest of my staples. The gains were a lot better serious

    Lol.

Not necessarily supp advice, but when I was cutting I was told to avoid carbs before bed and eat protein instead, because carbs and fats before bed turned into fat.

That was despite being in a 500 cal deficit....

At gnc you see it all. there was a high school Football team mixing redbull in no xplode.

I had a father and son come in and tell me they dont need protein or creatine because they got product x from online. product x was a superdrol and tren combo. kid was 17 or 18( i forget) trying out for college football.

Usually what I do, but when in a deficit, you arent going to put on fat regardless of when you eat the carbs.
I believe Layne Norton even said that having some slow digesting carbs before bed is good for bulking to keep your body fueled through the night.

Thats true... while bulking. But key word there is slow digesting or "complex".

Protein and fats before bed FTW while cutting tho

Though creatine does not seem to affect renal function in healthy people, there are several case studies on people taking creatine and anabolic steroids who ended up with renal damage (and who knows how many that haven't been published). It is all about context, and if you are taking steroids which are nephrotoxic, the research on creatine in healthy people doesn't apply.

I believe dinoiii recommends dropping creatine on cycle. Maybe its time people stop getting advice from PHF.

The guy that was told by someone in the gym last week not to take fish oil pills because the shell of the pill contains toxins, so you should bite the tip of the pill off and squeeze the fish oil into your mouth??? Really LMAO!!!!

Not sure whats wrong with this thread. This is not "Dumbest supplement advice".

Creatine hinders definition due to water bloat. You can cut with creatine, but your cuts, veins will not be as great. Hence the reason someone told you not to take it while you are trying to "cut".
