totally agree with this. An example say u are on a 40-40-20 (carb/protien/fat) bulk and u eat 2 slices of piZza which is usaully like around 400-500calories mostly carbs and fat and ver very little protien. Now to meet ur macros for the rest of the day will be a pain in the ass cuz the rest of ur meals will need to consist of a **** load of protien with not much carb or fat and this= pain in the ass=prolly a nasty meal u wont want to eat....so basically i would try and eat meals that consist of like 20-35g of protien and carb and around 5g of fat or so..doin this makes it a whole lot easier meeting ur macros for the day...I hope what i typed here makes sense lol....
I have waited my whole life to say this....THE SAINTS ARE SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!!!!
Cameron Jordan and Mark Ingram= awesome draft for new orleans can you say championship?

what u have is prolly right but everyone goals are different like me...im trying to get to 200lbs so i want to take in 200g of protien a day..lol i know alot of people say thats wa to much protien but i personally dont want to cut any corners...when i get closer to my weight i want to reach i will have to switch my ratio cuz like u said eating 300g protien is way over board rofl so i see where ur coming from, thats y i put what my ratio was cuz so many people have it put different.

No you will gain less muscle if anything.
Its cheap to clean bulk, and much easier to hit your desired macros.
Yes there is, calories are not all the same.
There are "clean" sources and "unclean" sorces of each protein/carb/fat. But will they make a difference in fat gain, no. But nutrition wise vitamins/minerals/fiber/etc.. there is a big difference.
- Protein from premium chicken breast VS protein from Tofu.
- Cabrs from oatmeal VS carbs from a sugar tart pop.
- Fat from peanut butter VS fat from bacon.
Lets take protein for example, and compare whey VS Soy to see which is "better".
Biological Value (BV) - Whey>Soy
Net Protein Utilization (NPU) - Whey>Soy
Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER) - Whey>Soy
Amino Acid Score (AAS) - Whey>Soy
Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) - EQUAL
Protein Digestibility Percentage(PD%) - Whey>Soy
Glutamine per 100 Grams - Soy>Whey
Essential Amino Acids (EAA) per Gram - Whey>Soy
Arginine per 100 Grams - Soy>Whey
Obvesiouly whey protein is better than soy protein. So even though calories are calories, i still look at it as "clean" calories VS "unclean" calories. Now they will nto make a difference on fat gain as calories do infact equal calories at the end of the day, but if we are talking performance wise and muscle building wise, obvesiouly you will benifit much more from "clean" foods opposed to "unclean" foods.

200grams of protein is a waste for you, i dont feel like calculating it, but because of your weight you probably need only about 160g of protein a day. im about 185lbs and i need about 200g per day If you want to bulk up bring up your carbs and calories per meal. Just remember youhave to work out your ass off or you wont get the results you're want
As far as "clean bulking" it would just be getting your nutrients from fruit, veggies, instead of mcdonalds lol. Things that you should consider that are sometimes neglected are sodium intake, cholesterol, and saturated vs unsaturated fats. dont just pay attention to calories, carbs and protein
