I'm going to denys probably this morning and want to keep the food within my diet, so what should i order?

If you want to get an omelet, get the veggie omelet with substitution of egg whites (500 cals normal, not sure about calories with substitution).
If your're building your own slam, choose between: 2 scrambled egg whites (50 calories), turkey bacon (76 calories), fruit (70 calories), oatmeal w/ milk (270 calories), chicken sausage patty (110 calories)
Hearty wheat pancakes = 460 calories

in california ihop lists the nutrition facts of each item on the menu. most of the stuff is around 1000 calories so if youre looking to reduce that, theres an "Ihop for me" menu on the back page which is like egg whites, whole wheat pancakes, chicken, and fruit.
And Denny's lets you build your own Slam, so mine was like eggs, toast, yogurt, and fruit.
