    Body of a GOD.

    Log begins Monday, health permitting. I recently had breathing problems for past 2 weeks.
    Honestly this progress isn't the best i could have done, but i still progressed well enough for the situation i was in.
    Started lifting April 1st 2008-

    Most current pic, which is 4 months or so old-


    Why i begun? Hated the way i looked in the mirror truly hated it and my strength as well. Wrestling helped keep me going until this point where it is built into my day.

    Im no hardcore lifter, i lift for fun, i am not like many of the cutler and arnold jr's on this site.

    Diet: See Food, i have genetics which allow me to eat pretty much anything and i normally have a clean diet to begin with.
    Sups: 100% whey protein, caffeine pills, and vitamins.
    Routine: basic 4 day split. Rep range 6-10. High intensity.
    Mon-chest/tris
    Wend-back/bis
    Friday-shoulders/traps
    Saturday-legs

    good luck. i strongly suggest you resconsider your diet though. see-food doesn't really work as well as a planned out diet. peace

    Story: Went to old hs, football team was in there, bunch of fat kids in cut off shirts. Every machine, equipment in use. Im already mad cause i couldnt lift for 2 weeks or eat properly im down roughly 10 pounds and my strength is sh*t. So i was able to do somewhat of a tricep workout. Got no chest in at all. Flaming homo's wearing neon colored sun glasses, dancing around like zac effron. Hmm i wonder why u won 4 football games this year....

    seated tricep extensions:
    65lb 8x
    70lb 8x
    75lb 8x
    Skull crushers:
    75lb 8x 3 sets.
    Rope pull downs:
    65 lb 10x
    70lb 10x2
    Chest:
    Warmup 155lb flat bench, fat kid in cut off walks over im 2 reps deep hits the barbell and i matain controll, rack it and walk out.
    Brb, reenacting my new york sports club membership for 60$ to lift for 2 weeks.

    edit: cant even restart my membership now. load of bs.

    I'm a senior but I haven't lifted at my school since I quit football. I'm 35lbs heavier now. I'd love to see the coaches face if I decided to walk in and lift one day.

    Ok so, good/bad day in the gym:
    Good to be back and i saw a 9/10 kinda looked like selena gomez only older and hotter. Bad, after not lifting for 3+ weeks my strength=sh*t and endurance was really upset about this. So started taking the creatine i had, Higher Power Nutrition micronized creatine, to help aid my recovery of loss of strength and roughly 10lb bw.

    Lifts: after db chest press i was done, i kid you not totally beat, after barbell bench felt like i was gona puke rest of wo.
    Chest
    incline flys 30lb db-3x6
    db bench press 65x8,70x8.75x6
    barbell bench w/chains 95lb 3x8(this was horrible i was embarassed, but needed to be done)
    Triceps

    loading day 1-5 1 scoop 6x a day, after that 1 scoop 2x a day.

    damn i just take 1 scoop on workout days cuz green mag is expensive and runs out quick. ive never loaded. do you feel it helps? is there a lot of "creatine bloat" or is that a myth?

    micronized is suppose to help not bloat you. Idk, i really dont buy into all this creatine bs and honestly i dont think i;ve ever taken the entire thing at once. Bloat isnt a myth, i think you see it more with mono. Does it help, i guess nothing serious the only thing that would probably wow me is roids or ph. As far as results,when i was in hs my friend would tell me i looked bigger and that was when i started taking creatine, but i just shrugged it off, cause he jokes around alot so idk, i dont pay attention to any compliment anyone gives me.

    word, i got mono and micro mixed up my bad, not sure what green mag is, ill try the loading thing next time i get the micronized from HP.
    personally i did get bigger/weight more even though i was taking it 1-2x a day just 1 serving but i was also fatter and had more bf back then so idk. it helps with strength for sure and "adding weight" to the scale.

    it should tell you how to take the creatine, i just follow the directions on mine and take the max amount. I think green mag is creatine formula, i think they call im not sure google it. It should tell you to load it or not tbh.
