    So bodyfat scale says 21-22% .. Calculators based on tape measurements say 15-16% .. I'm thinking more like in between, around 18%.. What do y'all think?

    Seems to be all guys on this thread but thought I would join in and let you judge my bf%. Seems to vary a lot depending on what scales I use. Reading i'm getting just now is 30%. Does this look about right? I'm 5'9" and weigh 152lb.

    20%+ cut cut cut, stay it and you will see results. Diet is the key, lift heavy. You look like you have some good muscle under there, lift heavy and diet hard and you will look awesome in a few months. good luck!

    Yes, extra skin makes you look a lot more fatty than you really are and makes estimates difficult. I would say anything in the 19-23% range is possible.

    I used one site to calculate my % it gave me 14% and another site I used gave me 11% I'm lost hah here's the ones I used

    dude i want to drop my BF to 11% this summer , then clean bulking , i been doing a dirty bulking eating lots of junk and sodas thats why i look like fat , but now i eat lots of clean foods i hope i will got a lots of decent muscle while cutting ,

    Thanks a lot. Will post again when I lose more. Been getting awesome results by adding in different body parts into my lifting regime- haven't even been doing cardio in my cut, but somehow getting leaner by the day.

    I would say about 15-17%. Looks like that second calculator wasn't too far off... though I'd chalk that up to luck tbh.
    You will prob. have monster abs if you keep at it, lot of definition there for that amount of BF.

    Easily possible, especially if you get some good dieting habits in. Clean bulking is def. the way to go.

    As for food, just eat when you want to. Even if it were to digest slower, that doesn't mean it just magically disappears. Food is food, your body will use it eventually.

    Yeah, same here man. I don't even start thinking about cardio until I get my diet in order. It's meant to assist, not lead. Diet is the determining factor in weight loss.
