For breakfast each morning I have a large eggwhite omlette with broccolli and green peppers. I also have about 1.5 cups of diced melon/honeydew. Ive been hearing alot about sugar in fruit and since I eat fruit at other times of the day, i was considering swapping my breakfast fruit for oatmeal.
Is this a good idea? Could it be pushing my carbs too high on days im not lifting?
How much oatmeal is the equivalent of the fruit I am eating calorie-wise?
