He looks like he has implants in his pecs, shoulders and traps - the development doesn't look natural and there are no striations - he doesn't have the matching 'core' muscles that would go with the development of his pecs.
I know you can get pec, calf and shoulder implants, but hadn't heard of traps before!
Not a good look regardless

Synthol abuse. The injection spots are even apparent.
Synthol is an oil bodybuilders and asshats will use to enhance certain areas. Some professionals have it applied well and it isn't obvious like this fool.
Search for Greg Valentino; another blatant synthol abuser.
I'm going to rule out implants based on the fact that this clown probably barely had the cash for the cam he video'd this on.

Valentino also had like 22inch arms before he did steroids, let alone Synthol. I'm not sure how much synthol added to his arms, I think it only added like an inch or two. People don't realize Valentino was pretty ****ing huge before he did roids or injections.Originally Posted by jth16

See now I'm confused as to whether that's synthol or just implants in his traps and pecs. They look pretty damn rounded and hard to be synthol. Synthol looks like wobbly gross liquid filled sacks of **** lol but that stuff just looked hard and nasty.
