    do I take it on an empty stomach or what?
    I'm on a cut btw if that matters so I don't necessarily want to eat, take this, workout, then eat again. I like to eat, wait about an hour or so, then go workout...then have my post workout shake afterwords

    I'd just take it with some waxy maize or dextrose about 45 minutes before your first set.

    get your energy up, keep you anabolic and minimze the need for your digestive system to be working when your lifting.

    I personally eat 2.5 hours before lifting, then begin sipping on 2 scoops Jack3d 45 min right up until I begin lifting.

    Works like a charm!

    I totally recommended it work very good for I gained 7 lb of lean mass in just two weeks.I have my first meal then i wait like an 45 min then I take it with 8 oz of water then I wait 35min (for me) then workout. And dont forget your postworkout shake. I have a different diet so results may vary.

    so...i took 1.5 scoops of jack3d 15 minutes b4 my workout and nothing. I didn't feel anything at all. I hope this was just a 1 time thing. Tomorrow I will up it to 3 scoops...if it does nothing I'm considering taking it back....if I can

    Are you typically tolerant to other stimulant products as well? If so, when do you cycle completely off of caffeine?

    I typically recommend ramping up the doses slowly to assess tolerance but I guess if everything is riding on you feeling it by Day 2 then go ahead and jump to 3 scoops.

    Last time I took any caffeine in was when I got off my EC stack and that was close to 3 weeks ago. I consider myself to have a high tolerance of caffeine(i think that sounds right)
    Well....I am just frustrated...I will give it a week before I decide to stop taking it. Probably will still jump to 3 scoops 2morrow though

    I bought it saturday just to try it out and not get used to superpump, and tried it today, just a few hours ago, taste is ok, its not as sour as i expected, personally i like superpump better, the pumps i felt with this werent what i expected, yeah i did get one but it wasnt as intense as super, liked the focus, and energy tho, my muscles are soar so im sure i trained hard.

    I rarely drink coffee...but when I do I usually drink 2-3 cups
    I really don't know how much caffeine it takes but I really didn't feel the caffeine effect in the EC stack but didn't want to up it because I wanted to follow the directions.

    yeah the exact same thing about me, lucky i bought another superpump, for next month, it was either between green mag, white flood, or jack3d i herd so many people talking about white flood and jack3d so i just narrowed the two and tried jack3d today, i had nearly two scoops and dont think i felt much. superpump took me one scoop and on the first time i tried it i couldnt bend my arms a few hours after the work out ! Not trying to bash jack3d maybe im doing something wrong..

    I wake up at 5 and take it on an empty stomach. It says to take it on an empty stomach and the one time I took a shake with it I almost hurled in the gym. I'm in the gym at 5:30 and I can feel it. I've also taken this stuff called 1 M.R. and I liked it as well. I'm switching up a lot to find what I like best and right now I'm taking FAST TWITCH. I like it too. My buddy swears by NO Shotgun. We were talking the other day and he said to try Dark Rage and see if I could handle it. He couldn't and threw up all three times he took it. Everyones body is different and what works for one person might not for someone else. It's all about experimenting and finding what works best for you.

    im currently on my last scoops of my 4th bottle of jack3d. the first 2 times i got the flushing and insane focus and energy, but i never got that again. however once you get off the stuff do you truly realize the difference. even if you dont "feel" it, its working. i do get a heightened focus and the hemodilation (the "pump") still, and i regret days where i train without jack3d on my side.

    i ate my pre workout meal 2 hrs. in advance and didnt get the energy/ rush everyone says, maybe i should eat 1 hr in advance instead of2

    Yeah, i did get that a little bit, i just dont know if jack3d is for me i personally think superpump does me better we shall see in tommorows work out though
