nice job kman. Makes me ****in rage that you deadlift 20 more pounds than me lol.
and paul this thread is not for **** talking take it somewhere else. And I dont condone this, but lol at the idea that your arms/chest would do anything but crumple like ****ing aluminum foil under anything over 135. Thank you, and good day

thanks man.... lately i havent really been working deadlift.... i've just been doing front squats and shrugs and it still going up.... not the most effective way, but i've been too lazy to deadlift.
i just train front squats hard (which helps of the floor) and shrugs (which seem to help the lockout) and then i max every two weeks..... yes its stupid, but im lazy hahaha.
..... the thing to gather from this, is front squats can help your DL a lot. (if your not already doing them, and if your problem is off the floor)
i plan to start actually training DL now though, so hopefully it will shoot up.
and thanks for getting this thread back on track.

and lol thanx. i weighed less than that but i needed to get up there on bench so i gained a few pounds. and im kinda bummed on my raw maxes but im proud of my maxes with my suit and shirt. but ppl tell me ima beast for my size and age alot cuz im only a sophomore in high school.ALL SINGLE PLY @ 163

Actually pleasently surprised today with my lifts....just wondering what you guys think my maxes would be from this so i can get a total of what i am kind of around....(havent had time to max yet, bet im going to get **** for it...but it was my first time squatting ever and first time deadlifting in over a year.)
Bench- 135 X10
Deadlift- 275 X3
Squat- 225 X8
