still can join.... if your deadlift wasnt ****(compared to squat), you'd be right with all of us.... im sure it will shoot up, so you should still join....
if you want in go to the last page and copy the list and add your name to it
and btw, your bench is probably around 195-200 and dealift probably 350 for maxes

Yeah in the last 8 wks I've only trained chest 2 or 3x...all my lifts except like squats deads and cleans went to ****. My clean is actually higher than ever at 365 now..
I'm still not quite training for strength yet...more so muscular endurance for the mma, and just getting in shape, I finally have a developed 6pack with veins in my upper and lower abdominals when I flex, but still not quite where I want to be...still have some fat on my obliques, and pinchable on my upper quads and ass, although they're quite vascular as well.
