And anyways I recently changed my routine (about 2 days ago) so I will be doing nothing but 4 sets of 10-12.

So I can edit that and so:

Bench: 185x10 4 sets
Squat: 275x12 4 sets
Deadlift: 225x8 4 sets
= 685.
So it might take me like a year maybe.. not sure. But once I get it I can look back and see this post to see how much progress I've made.

The form doesnt even look that bad is that your one rep max or were you doing singles

still can join.... if your deadlift wasnt ****(compared to squat), you'd be right with all of us.... im sure it will shoot up, so you should still join....

and btw, your bench is probably around 195-200 and dealift probably 350 for maxes

Your probably well over 950, with those lifts, you would only have to deadlift 315lbs to be over 1000lbs. And if you clean 295, chances are you deadlift over 400.

I've seen your 315 rep out vid.

Yeah in the last 8 wks I've only trained chest 2 or 3x...all my lifts except like squats deads and cleans went to ****. My clean is actually higher than ever at 365 now..

I'm still not quite training for strength yet...more so muscular endurance for the mma, and just getting in shape, I finally have a developed 6pack with veins in my upper and lower abdominals when I flex, but still not quite where I want to be...still have some fat on my obliques, and pinchable on my upper quads and ass, although they're quite vascular as well.

lol i know but that was all last year when i was a junior in highschool i am a senior now and i havent really done thme core lifts as much as i used to.... but i will try them again and idk i really havent deadlifted much i mean i can do like 315x5 or 6 times but i dont max on them
