It's a bit tough to tell because of the angle of some of the pics. I know you're not competition lean in thos pics, but your abs don't look thick enough in comparison to the rest of your body.
It's obvious that you've put in a lot of work, though. Good job.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

maybe a break in your supplement cycle or at least a decrease in whatever you been taking would help even out your appearance.
looks big, very big, ease up anaerobic and move towards aerobic phase to show more muscle definition of all the hard work you have been putting in at the gym
congrats on your progress! its impressive and you are in the top 3% of women who weight train in my bookOwner of StrengthCreation.com - Get the E-Course, While it's still Free.

Whoa! I would LOVE to see more pics of you! You're going to get a lot of haters with your build. Guys will envy your size and gals will ridicule it. You should go with what makes you happy. You obviously have put on a lot of muscle. In order to get that "bodybuilder" body, you'll have to exchange some of the weights for cardio. Either way, post more pics!
Ain't nuthin to it but to DO it!

First, don't listen to the little boys on here who are affraid of a Women who works out with their one rep max's.
Here's what I think. We all like being "big" but realize that deadweight is doing nothing for you. YOu will look fantastic when you move the fat. If you're considering Bodybuilding, I think you could do some damage. ONce you shift gears to fat loss as a goal, muscle building is pretty much sidelined. Your goal is now muscle preservation. For that, three key things are important to remember: 1) DOnt overdo the calorie deficit; 2) Don't overdo the cardio; 3) keep the same intensity that built the muscle while you're loosing the fat. And I'll toss in a 4th: Stay away from carb restrictive diet plans. Carb control is cool. know how many grams you need and how many you get but don't wipe them out.
Thats the best I can tell you. Right now I'm 5'11" and 225. I DON'T have abs at this weight. Although, even at high teens body fat I can still see them when flexed. At 200# they look good. I have large abs though...probably from working construction/roofing with my father for so many years. You lift enough heavy ****e off the ground and run it up laters, you build a strong core.
Good luck and let me know if you want me to check out your diet plan.
