    What is considered low carb

    I'm wondering what's the mOst carbs for a low carb diet my carbs are like 150 is this moderate carbs ?

    That could be moderate or it could be low depending how much activity you do on a given day.

    Generally anything below 100 is considered low. Now, add a couple hours of moderate to intense activity every day, 150 would be considered low.

    This, I have roughly 100-120 gs of carbs a day, all I eat thats carb heavy are oatmeal in the morning, an apple and glass of skim milk as a snack, and a bananna PWO. So thats 3 things I eat that add up to over 100g.
