    New to muscle building

    Im still fairly new to all this. I did pretty good meeting my goals working out with weights while cutting fat off of me. But now im at a point where i want to bulk and add as much lean muscle as possible. I just find so many different articles on what to do cardio wise during my bulking period. More precisely how much should i be doing on top of weight training? Thank you in advance

    Why would you do cardio during bulking? If you don’t want to gain too much fat, just be careful to consume too many calories.
