I've got about a week's worth left of my first container, and I no longer experience shoulder pain that was caused from a rugby injury 7 months ago. I took 5 months off lifting, loss 25lbs, and began lifting again about 2 1/2 months ago. When I started there was noticeable pain, and as a result I had to go light on everything. One month ago I began taking flex and today I am pain free. I'm back up 17lbs and I feel stronger then before and I am much leaner.

"By the fourth day I noticed something was different when I got up in the morning, but it took me until this morning to figure out what it was. Normally every morning I get up and do this routine of bending my spine through all its articulations. There is normally a symphony of cracking, snapping and assorted loud noises that come from back there, but for the last few days I haven't been able to elicit a single snap. That is definitely a big deal, and this is something that my fiance agreed with, as normally I wake her up with all the noises I make and she has been sleeping soundly. Not in my head is what I'm saying.
Another week gone by and another handful of slow but steady improvements have been made. Things that I had never really thought of as "problems", because I've been living with them for so long, have been clearing up and giving me back livelihood I didn't even know I'd lost. And even the new issues that I was experiencing have resolved themselves. Confused? You should be, cuz I haven't really explained a single thing. Allow me to expand.
The first, and best, part of the update is that the low back pain that was plaguing me has resolved itself. My muscles no longer feel cramped up and tight, and in fact have lost the tightness they had back from BEFORE I started the Animal Flex. I firmly believe now that my original theory was correct, and that my muscles are now used to bearing the weight they are designed to bear. When I first get up in the morning I still have the occasional crack, if I decide to force it, but if I leave it until a while after I've taken the pills there is no snapping or cracking to be had."New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal

New staple of mine. My knees have been slowly giving me pain over the past few months when I went heavy (for me) on squats. Two weeks ago while I was on my final sets of squats @ 405lbs my meniscus in both knees really got sore to the point I thought I tore it. I've been off legs for about two weeks now and started up flex. As of today my knees are pain free and although I still have over half a can left of flex, I ordered two more today. This will be a staple of mine from now on.
Everyone always says how they hate training legs, but when you can't work them due to a knee injury you start to realize how much those brutal legs days are missed.

my knees havent felt this good in years. I had a hard time walking up stairs, I am on day 25
now and im to the point where i am running up and down them.
I am still not brave enough to do any squats yet... that is my goalThat one hour spent in the gym is important...But the key to seeing results is how you spend the rest of your 23
