ANIMAL FLEX Review Thread

Would it help with this shoulder paint i got? Everytime I bench I get this pain in my shoulder.

I was having that problem too several weeks ago. Couldn't bench and do chins. Flex helped alot.

Im using Animal flex for 2 months now and I dont feel any difference. right now Im taking 3 universal products.
1: Animal Pump
2: Animal Pak (MultiVitamin)
3: Animal Flex.

once im done with Animal pump. I'll add Animal Stak2.
Now the thing is I feel click and cracking sound in my joint which I never had before. this only happened after taking Animal Flex. I THINK...this is what I noticed..... Any Advise....?

With animal flex, it's not really meant for you to feel anything significant after taking it. It's main purpose is to keep your joints and ligaments healthy, keeping you more sturdy and PREVENTING injury. Of course it has helped many people who have already been injured and were experiencing pain as well.

About the cracking sound in your joint, that's something that would be pretty impossible to diagnose over the internet. You should probably get it checked out just in case. I highly doubt it would be related to animal flex though.

well... i should be getting the animal flex come monday. i'm hoping it does what it says. i definitely need something to help with my tendons especially but joints and the like are always a good thing especially when lifting heavy. your body takes on so much stress.

I used it with super cissus rx. definatly lubricated up the joints. Shoulder stopped hurting while heavy benching, etc. Everything felt great. I think both are a great combination for healthy joints/bones/tendons.

This is one of the few joint supps I haven't tried, I'll def give it a shot in the future instead of cissus rx and orange triad.

Flex is the single most underrated product in the entire Animal line... Maybe even the entire Universal line, I dunno...

I've been on Flex for about a week to help with my knees. 4 knee surgerys take a little tole on you lol.. Any I gotta say it is def helping !! I used to eat motrin and advil pm to get to sleep now i take the flex after dinner and there is no pain in about a hour . If it works with me you made the best joint product in my opinion!!!!
