    How many pounds of fat do I need to lose..? (Number provided)

    Age 25
    Weight 215

    Average Body Fat 17.94%
    Lean Mass 176.42

    4pt BF 17.57%


    How much fat do I need to lose to be 8-10 %...? I was never really good in math, sry...

    I would set my sights at around 10-12 if I were you just so you dont get discouraged and once you get there you can decide if you need to get chiseled

    So you can do this yourself in the future:

    Divide your lean body mass by the desired fraction of LBM that your goal is. This will give target body weight.

    e.g. Goal is 12% BF, Target percentage of Lean Mass is (100%-12%)=88%
    convert to proportion => 0.88

    So 176.42lb of lbm/0.88 = 200.5 lbs would be your target body weight.

    You'd need to lose 215 - 200.5 = 14.5 lbs
