i'd say yes to hit that consistently. The problem with my gym is we do big packs where they're getting 36 sessions and usually the package is good for 4 - 6 months. Someone like me has been here awhile most of my people are on the bigger packages. Sometimes I'll do 12,000 a month and other months I'll have like 3 or 4 thousand.

So I'm confused. Is your quota $3,400, or $6,000?
If your job is dependant on quotas, you will learn the "game" soon enough. If you are averaging close to 6K a month I would be willing to bet that your FM will let you slide when you fall short. IF NOT, and you aren't even getting commission for your sells, you should tell your FM and that gym to fcuk off.
