    Help

    Hi, im sorry if this is in the wrong section but i don't know where to post. Im 16 years old and im around 190 pounds, and 5ft8 roughly. I want to lose alot of weight but also gain some decent abs, and i was just wondering what the best exercise techniques etc. would help me. Thanks.
