    Question Taking a bath after working out...

    Does this have any effect?.. or is this just a silly question?

    It is very beneficial. It is almost as good as taking dat der cell tech and doing 5,000 bicep curlz. Take a bath after every work out brah!

    Yeah man it'll stop you smelling like a beast, on a serious note though a lot of fighters, people in sports tend to have ice baths after competing, engaging in physical activity it helps them with recovery. Same with hot though really, heat loosens the muscles and helps them stretch. Stretching and blood flow are essential to recovery.

    I dont have any medical or scientific stuff to back this up but taking cold showers are only beneficial for a while, in thr long run it will be bad for you, better take warm showers.

    Lots of athletes use an ice bath or a hot bath. They are good for recovery, that's for sure. Though, your tub can't get as cold as that. It can get as hot, but you'll have to keep the water running the whole time.

    Baths suck, IMO. Take a hot shower first, and then rinse off with cold water for about 2 minutes afterward.

    Mostly, it will make you clean. :P

    yes it does , for the most results change between hot water and cold water for 30 seconds each ..and keep doing that for about 7-10 minutes .
