Exclamation Shoulder hurts when doing pull-ups/lat pulldowns

It feels like it could a rotator cuff thing, because it feels internal. But happens to both my shoulders, no matter how far or close my grip is (but it has to be a pull-up grip, not chin up).

Also happens when doing lat pulldowns.

    Anybody else have this problem?

try with a closed grip (towards you) glose grip and see what that does. assuming you have access to a v shapped pull up bar...
i hate to lose more than i love to win - #17

I grip the bar with no gloves because it gives me the feeling of gripping a nice hard cawk : .KraZed
