ok so my friend no matter how much he eats ( alot ) he cant gain weight and with exercise he stills sees lil to no progress....
he is thinking of hitting a cylce...
what would u guys reccomend as far as which cycle plus preventive measures!!!

Every person who has ever said this about himself (or friend) does not eat enough. Trust me, I used to be one of them. Start keeping track of everything you eat during the day and counting calories. You will see that you don't eat enough. There is a sub forum for nutrition as well.
Your friend will waste money on a cycle because he won't eat enough after the cycle to keep his gains.
Start by crawling, not sprinting.

Not everyone cycles
I do, but i know alot of natty bros that do very well
sounds like he needs a proper diet plan
the gains would be very little and would lose most of those gains
@6-1 should try get to atleast 190-200 natural
but if he hell bent on a cycle, id tell him run a (Test only) cycle with pct

I would tell him to get a good weight gainer and add pb and oatmeal to it to increase the calories. drink a cupple of them a day ontop of what ever he normally eats and he should put on some weight. I do 2 scoops of bsn syntha 6 and 2 packs of instant oatmeal and 2 scoops of natty pb, its about 950cal and 75 grams protein. try to hit 4 or 5 thousand callories a day

yes dry instant oatmeal mixed in with the other stuff and 24to 36 oz water in a blender goes down chunky lol but tast pretty good depending on what flavor oatmeal and works good if you dont have the time to eat
