Wrestlings over now for me and i got right back into the weight room and training to have a brolic beach body for summer. when i cut weight for wrestling i was 162lbs and sucked out now im back up to 175 ish still looking good gained all the weight back in the right places but starting to notice my stomic isnt as flat, you can still see my 6 pack but a little less and less weekly. i do high intensity cardio 2 times a week before lifting running on 11 on a tred mill for 5 mins and walking for 3 mins (is this the best i could do for toneing my 6 pack up).<- thats the question wiseasses
