Hey everyone,
I am currently cutting, I have gotten for 259lbs down to 193.4lbs. I have a goal in mind to see a 185 and then start bulking but i am starting to feel small.. I'm asking your opinions, what would you do keep cutting or bulK

Thats what im thinking. I am currently doing the scivation cut diet and it seems to be working well. This monday will be week 4 complete so i think im going to do another 4 weeks and try to shed another 7 or so lbs.

great job so far man! Im sure your skin will shrink back. You weren't extremely obese before you started, so there shouldn't be too much of a problem.

75lbs is amazing man! Congrats!! I am in a similar boat in the fact that I want to lose upwards of that. I started out at 287 55 days ago and I am currently sitting at 259-261. My goal is to get to a lean 210-220 or maybe less, who knows how far I'll go? Again, amazing progress, stay strong and stay focused!

As for your extra skin, I doubt it will tighten up.
I was in your same boat a year ago.
I was 261ish, and I dropped down to a weight of 174ish-180ish. (still holding a lot of muscle as you are)
The skin on my stomach and chest was identical to yours, and I visited many doctors about it after realizing it was not fat, and I could not remove it.
Eventually it was confirmed it would not tighten up, and I had an abdominoplasty on my stomach, as well as plastic surgery to remove the skin on my chest.
It's been 2 months since then, and I've done no working out, it feels bad, and although my recovery is not complete, it was worth it & it looks great.
The surgery was very painful, and the first couple of weeks was absolutely miserable.
And the bill ran roughly $9,700.
Goodluck with what you decide to do, as the options are limited unfortunately.

I dont think so, well atleast I hope not!
Another 4 weeks and im hoping to be at 185lbs I dobut it will be single digit BF but definatly closer.
Hopefully i dont have to go your route. Cant really afford that kinda money lol
Well I always had muscular arms for some reason and yes I did hit the gym for a bit before I started cutting but my diet was horrible.
