    Keep Cutting or start bulking. *PICS*

    Hey everyone,
    I am currently cutting, I have gotten for 259lbs down to 193.4lbs. I have a goal in mind to see a 185 and then start bulking but i am starting to feel small.. I'm asking your opinions, what would you do keep cutting or bulK

    Im not to sure, im hoping it will! I did it right and took about a year to drop the weight.

    Thats what im thinking. I am currently doing the scivation cut diet and it seems to be working well. This monday will be week 4 complete so i think im going to do another 4 weeks and try to shed another 7 or so lbs.

    Made great progress! I would continue cutting, just a bit more. You've a lot of potential. Good frame. You're big enough to lean yourself out and then put on some quality mass.

    I've read the scivation diet from "Game Over Volume 4" - might try it sometime.

    great job so far man! Im sure your skin will shrink back. You weren't extremely obese before you started, so there shouldn't be too much of a problem.

    And I'd say cut a bit more as well. 185 seems like a good goal. Keep up the good work!

    Great progress! I'd keep working that goal to be 185. You may feel small, but you certainly don't look small. Arms and shoulders are big.

    If you're getting tired of dieting you could take a break for a couple weeks and eat at maintenance before further cutting to 185.

    Not getting tired yet, I took about a month off before I started this cut, I'm going to keep working towards my goal of 185 which would put me at a total weightloss of 75lbs. I will be weighing in tomorrow morning to finish my week 4 so I will post my results

    75lbs is amazing man! Congrats!! I am in a similar boat in the fact that I want to lose upwards of that. I started out at 287 55 days ago and I am currently sitting at 259-261. My goal is to get to a lean 210-220 or maybe less, who knows how far I'll go? Again, amazing progress, stay strong and stay focused!

    As for your extra skin, I doubt it will tighten up.
    I was in your same boat a year ago.
    I was 261ish, and I dropped down to a weight of 174ish-180ish. (still holding a lot of muscle as you are)

    The skin on my stomach and chest was identical to yours, and I visited many doctors about it after realizing it was not fat, and I could not remove it.

    Eventually it was confirmed it would not tighten up, and I had an abdominoplasty on my stomach, as well as plastic surgery to remove the skin on my chest.
    It's been 2 months since then, and I've done no working out, it feels bad, and although my recovery is not complete, it was worth it & it looks great.
    The surgery was very painful, and the first couple of weeks was absolutely miserable.
    And the bill ran roughly $9,700.

    Goodluck with what you decide to do, as the options are limited unfortunately.

    Looking good. I would definitly keep cutting bro. Like starting with a cleat slate. Then bulk up. Being a little more cut will allow you to see more progress while bulking (better pumps, more veins, etc.), helping to keep you motivated.

    and how the hell to do recomend to pay 10 thousand dollars back.

    Brah, hit lats, ab and obliques hard and weighted, I know it sounds gay but lotion up with skin firming lotion (nivea) then come back in a couple of months, it may not work 100% but it will

    I would keep cutting if I was you, you have enough muscle to look good when you get to single digits of BF.

    Great job and keep cutting my friend... You still got some squishiness in the lower back you need to drop before starting a bulk. Once you cant grab lower back fat, then start a clean bulk. Impressive none the less

    I was in your same boat a year ago.
    I was 261ish, and I dropped down to a weight of 174ish-180ish. (still holding a lot of muscle as you are)

    The skin on my stomach and chest was identical to yours, and I visited many doctors about it after realizing it was not fat, and I could not remove it.

    Eventually it was confirmed it would not tighten up, and I had an abdominoplasty on my stomach, as well as plastic surgery to remove the skin on my chest.
    It's been 2 months since then, and I've done no working out, it feels bad, and although my recovery is not complete, it was worth it & it looks great.
    The surgery was very painful, and the first couple of weeks was absolutely miserable.
    And the bill ran roughly $9,700.

    Goodluck with what you decide to do, as the options are limited unfortunately.
    Hopefully i dont have to go your route. Cant really afford that kinda money lol

    Well I always had muscular arms for some reason and yes I did hit the gym for a bit before I started cutting but my diet was horrible.

    I have now been cutting for 4 weeks. in the 4 weeks I have lost 5.8 lbs. I was hoping for closer to 8 lbs but i guess i will up my cardio for the next 4 weeks.

    I am debating on having Pizza tonight as my carb up meal but am a little scared lol.
