No real way for us to judge your progress from these two pics. Arms could be looking bigger, but with the different poses, and having a shirt in the second, cant tell. Keep working though, in a year you will be blown away at wwhat you can accomplish with consistency.

Is that even the same person in the 2 pics? They are 2 completely different poses and don't even look like they belong to the same people. post a second pic w/ the same pose as the first so we can see them next to eachother to determine whats changed.

Not the same pose but it is the same person! Sorry I haven't done one without the shirt I have got around to it but I had this pic taken and thought I was looking good so I figured I'd post it! I'll post a better one another day sorry again!

You've made little or no progress cutting, i would suggest eating at maintainence for a while whilst lifting heavy 3-5 times a week. Eat high protein meals with moderate carbs. Come back in six months. Keep going.

u need a legit training routine. you should not do any cardio, stick with heavy weight, low reps to put on some mass, full body workouts. I wouldn't cut if i was you. try to put on a good 10 lbs of muscle first. i don't know anything about vegetarians but you gotta get your protein. at least 300 grams a day, Just eat! and train hard.
