Still here man, I've just been crazy busy. I love the Westside idea for you. Your strength dwarfs mine right now but the more I think about it, the more I'd eventually love to do a PL competition myself (once I add a ****load to my current big 3 obviously). I think an offseason that revolves around PL routines can be a HUGE success. It seems like a ton of guys are doing it and everyone is bringing big results from it.

Hey John I see you decided to start putting on offseason muscle a little early. I think this is a good decision as you already have a great physique and in a few years you will be just plain scary.
We should get together sometime soon and catch up maybe get in a workout.Contest Prep Coach

and yeah man im so down for a training session..maybe we can get an upper or lower power day in...im actually on a mini break from school and my internship until mid-august..so im back home down south until then...but when i get back ill hit you up so we can train

Hey what's up man I was wondering why I haven't heard from you in a while. Can you post a link here to your new journal! Thanks
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - Aristotle
