Could someone please try and estimate my BF %.

I started to cut this week and cant meet my job's personal trainer before march.
Id like someone to estimate my BF % if possible.

Age: 25
Height : 6"1
Weight : 232
Waist : 33

According to this online calculator... awith my descritption above...plus 5 times a week training.... In order to lose weight, this would be my daily calories intake? Is that somewhat accurate?

Maintenance: 3231 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 2585 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1938 Calories/day

Sounds about right... maintenance is roughly 14 x body weight. If you want to lose 2 lbs per week, you need a caloric deficit of 1,000 cals per week. Maintenance - 1,000 cals is roughly 2,200 cals per day.

Oops! Didnt know... I assumed it was my jeans size.. witch is 33...Ill take accurate measurements tonight for biceps waist chest and neck! HEHE Im def more than 33" Then
