Martial arts training was good, we are testing out tomorrow.
Workout 2: sealfit wod
Warm Up: run 400M, then 4 rounds each (20 sec on, 20 sec rest) of: Squats, Jumping Squats (45#), Back Squats (95#)
Work Capacity:
Gruffy: 2 rounds: 4,000M row, 15 Clean & Jerks (135#).
Durability / Awareness: 2 rounds: 100 situps. 20 supine neck raises. Stretch & Hydrate.
Arms and legs are sore as f, body still hasn't adjusted yet...

3 Mile: 21:01...overall felt like ****, off day.
Tested out of my marital arts belt. Should be done until maybe next week if I go for my next belt.

3 Mile: 20:34 I felt like I was flying, but the time does not reflect, probably because my legs were so dead.
Workout 2: 500m Breaststroke 14:09 Time is ehh but of well it felt like a good workout. I only went for 500 because of time and work was pissing me off so i needed some HI to blow off some steam.
Tomorrow is going to be a good day.

3 Mile: 21:09 I ran probably my fastest split ever, and then was slow as **** on the way back because I kept feeling like I was going to throw up...
Workout 2: SealFit WOD took 49 mins to complete:

Stamina: 15 x Squat Cleans (90% 1RM), 50 x Squat Jumps, 50 x Weighted Sit-ups (45#),

21-15-9: HSPU, Ring Dip
Durability / Awareness: Sprint: 2 x 800 (1:00 rest), 4 x 400 (:45 rest), 6 x 200 (:30 rest), 8 x 100 (:15 rest).

Thank you both very much. I am back now and earned my silver wings. I'd like to start this back up but we will see. The PT there was a joke, and even though they had the biggest DOD gym on benning and even a separate crossfit gym I only had time to workout on the weekend, so I am a little out of shape. We will see...
