    Been a while since I updated - still have been sticking to diet. Just found this to be a bit cumbersome. Quickly, lifts are more or less the same. Still feel skinny-fat. Have dropped down to 1900 Cals. Am a bit despondent, but will continue nevertheless. I think it might be my Cals that are a bit high.

    Regardless, diet for today:

    - 100g bacon
    - 2 eggs (omlette)
    - 50g tasty cheese

    - 300g beef blade steak (w/ olive oil)
    - Can of tuna
    - 2 eggs (omlette)

    - 2 eggs (omlette)
    - 25g tasty cheese
    - 40g bread

    - Protein shake

    167g p, 1900 Cals
