The Comeback

I'm back, and ready to commit. With my last journal failing due to events at work, and being evident of how it impacted my life, I'm finally ready to come back to the gym, where I had dedicated myself to the previous 13 years of my life. I've taken my time coming back, so now I am fully dedicated.

Other than that, I'm not going to introduce myself, since I've been around long enough for most to know who I am. If not, check out one of my journals and it will give you a pretty good idea.

For motivation, I am leaving up my last good progress picture as a sign of motivation.
