    Mock Ice Cream

Just thought I would let you ladies who are ice cream eatters (or formally)know about my little concoction. Anyways... any one who uses MyoFusion knows if you mix it with milk its truely a milkshake. So I decided to freeze it, and OH. My. Goodness. Ive had this everynight before bed and MyoFusion is a blend so it sticks around longer. So heres what I do :

8oz unsweet soy milk ( im sure regular would be fine, or heavy cream for ketoees)
1 scoop MyoFusion ( im using choco pb right now)
    3 ice cubes

Blend and freeze for about an hour to hour and a half, the top and the sides are going to freeze solid but the center doesnt so what I do is mix it all up and VOILA! its rich creamy ice cream :0) So yummy and its definitely helping me through " ALL I WANT IS JUNK PMS MODE"

I have an ice-cream maker and have used it to make frozen greek yogurt. It's amazing.

    http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives...ys-recipe.html

Sub out the full fat greek yogurt and use the non-fat version. Take out the sugar, or use as much sweetener as you want and you've got the most delicious ice cream/froyo on the planet.

My goals are fat loss too I think myofusion tastes alot better than ON. I have both. I use ON for wake up and post workout and myofusion for mixing in things and pre workout. I think myo is good because its a blend of proteins it doesnt digest as fast one scoop gets me full and it has CLA in it which I love and flax seed oil. No sugar, no aspartame. Its much thicker than others I have tried so that took some getting used to. I am totally hooked now though. I have the Choc PB which is pretty good, but I heard strawberry was the "top dawg"

I will have to try the greek yogurt thing. Tonight perhaps I will have choco pb froyo!

If you have some Walden Farms stuff kicking around, an amazing recipe I used to make in my magic bullet was:

    cottage cheese
    Almond breeze
    splash of water
Either WF jelly/sauce/chocolate OR sugar free pudding or jello mix

blend and freeze for 1-2 hours....truly tastes like icecream...kinda

A really fast method (save freezing time) is to cut a banana in half, stick a popsicle stick in the flat end and freeze. When I'm ready to eat it, I'll drizzle some melted dark chocolate (it is a treat after all!) and sprinkle some crushed walnuts or pecans on top. I got the recipe from Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet Recharged. Tastes like a summer treat!

Oh, it's so good. I use the greek yogurt base and make all kinds. Throw in blended strawberries! How about some lemon juice? Delicious! Options are pretty endless. It's incredibly delicious with all the sugar recommended there in the recipe, but you can vary that easily

Also, most ice cream makers will suggest "rock salt" I just bought regular salt and it worked fine.

I use frozen bananas for shakes sometimes, but when Id get really desperate for sweets I would just eat the frozen bananas, grapes are ridiculously good frozen as well.

It is delicious, but yeah I didnt use water because it creates more of an icy effect over the creamy (IMO) but glad you liked it
