    you hold a lot of fat in obliques/legs. i know how that feels broseph i hold a bit more in stomach though...id say its really up to you. do you have better lighting? your midsection makes you look 10% but other areas it looks like 11 or 12%.

    damn it where the hell are my abs? I can feel the top 2 easily when I flex but I can't see them clearly yet

    fkk it is hard as hell to get good results now. I'm losing weight at turtle speeds despite my diet being spot on and lifting 5x a week.

    I need to change something up.

    I've only lost about 4 lbs since last month

    this is from one month ago. I was about 196lbs


    this is now @ ~192

    not much progress in the last while due to exam stress binges/no time for cardio, but alas, there is some..

    Last exam is in a few hours so starting tomorrow, I'm going insane.. Gonna start Rippetoe's SS and do a mix of HIIT/plyometrics around 6x per week..

    Should probably also mention that since the bulk of my weight loss, my friends have started getting into fitness aswell and while most of them are totally unfit alco's , I bring them with me on my jogs because its cool to see them being proactive. The only problem with this is that my jogs have for the most part been at a much lower intensity then before, to cater to their fitness levels.. Its a worthwhile sacrafice though, I think, and like to believe I've inspired them a bit I suppose you guys can say you have indirectly inspired them too, through inspring me, haha

    up to you. you're pretty lean but if you want to get shredded you could keep going. i personally am going to get to about where you're at now, and then start bulking. partially because of what you said, and because it's too damn boring otherwise.

    there's a guy martin berkhan was training, i'll post his results up in a bit. he was at where you are now and then had to lose like 15-20 more lbs before finally getting to like 7% or so. he was 6'2" or so though. but same deal, he had visible abs and then some oblique fat still.

    whoa dude, alright, you're doing something wrong. are you trying to just lose weight by doing cardio and not counting cals? you should be able to keep losing weight even if you can't do any cardio.

    also i'm no training expert, but if you do rippetoes + hiit 6x a week sounds like you're going to be f*cking screwing yourself. i couldn't handle rippetoes and linear progress while cutting anyway, and i definitely could not handle linear progress on rippetoe's while doing hiit and plyos 6x a week.

    i'm still new myself so take everything i said with a grain of salt, but if you go to the workout programs forum and tell them you're going to run rippetoe's while cutting and doing hiit 6x a week, they're going to track you down and shoot you.

    where did you start, btw? what did you look like at the beginning?

    a tip: don't give yourself a time limit unless you've done this a million times and know how much you have to lose. a lot of us in here (myself included) severely underestimated how much weight we'd have to lose to get lean. just pick a diet and routine that you can do and do it.

    like me for example, i chose to go slow and pick a 1 lb/week deficit because i wanted to be able to keep making strength gains in the gym. now that i can't even do that i'm scaling it back to like .75 lbs a week. i have no idea how much weight i have to lose to get lean but at least i'm progressing in the meantime

    the next time i make this thread it's not going to be "get shredded by xxx date" anymore.

    I was on EC for some amount of time, but it wasn't really working anymore, and I didn't want to up the dose.

    I started up a light dose of T3 last week and since last week I've dropped 2lbs. I've also got clen on hand just in case. I tried stacking T3 and clen and I got a big fkkng headache, even though clen solo never gave me headaches.

    I just finished my cut, was on a 500-700 calorie deficit for about 7 weeks. Went from 162lbs to 154lbs.

    Not really the same pose but I'm actually psyched now that I can see the big vein in my biceps and I can even see some in my abs. Definitely the lowest bf% I've ever been down to. Not sure what my bf% is exactly but does it look close to 10%?

    Hi guys,

    I've been gyrating around 163-164 for the past 2 or 3 weeks, and I think it's time to speed it up. I'm not too far from my goal: I hope that by 160 or the high 150s I'll be there.
    I'm currently at 2000 cals per day.
    I've read Insight recommending that once you stall, you should eat at maintenance for a week and then drop down even lower. I don't want to do this for 2 reasons: 1) I want to finish this ASAP, and 2) I don't think I could bear eating quite a lot more and then dropping so low (semi srs).
    Do you guys think it's a good idea if I drop to 1900? 1800?
