Even though Phil is my favorite, you can't deny Ronnie's are the best and freakiest. Phil's arms are insane, but Coleman's are mindblowing. Arms in front and back double biceps go to Coleman, side triceps to Phil and most muscular is a coin flip or maybe just Phil for me personally.

lol, OP fails, even Kai has bigger and better arms. Phil's arms are great, but side by side with a prime or even not a prime Ronnie would not be better, probably not even close. They look great by themselves.

Definately deserves to be in a best arms thread, but Ronnie Coleman would win that thread, lol. And even Kai has arguable better arms than Heath. In some shots, Kai's are better, in some shots, they arn't. Phil's got great arms, but they're not the best the world has ever seen.Originally Posted by Supercows

oh well, its just an opinion... I guess some people prefer the freaky, vascular look with big peaks over fullness, shape, and aesthetics... But you cant say ronnie has more developed forearms or triceps, which is 2/3's of the arm...
