Fuark brahs, for the first time in my life I'm trying to make an honest effort to eat healthy, and it feels great. Through undergrad and grad school, I just ate fast food, rarely cooked and felt like sh!t. I'm now cooking almost every day and taking supplements (Vit C, Vit D, multi, ZMA). Feels good man.

I recently started getting into herbs and spices, and even did a mini-rework of my kitchen to allow for that. For herbs, I'm starting off with cilantro and parsley, and keep them fresh in the fridge in deli containers with 1/4 water. Also dabble with mint and looking to start on rosemary as well. For spices, I'm using all kinds - garlic powder, lemon garlic, paprika and certain blends like piri piri, Caribbean jerk, etc.

I only take a basic whey and pre, rest i get from food......and lots of beer.

Tumeric and Black Pepper is the truth. Love using it with fish. One of the only things I use as a "supplement". Pretty powerful antioxidant

I've cycled through all sorts of vitamins and supplements such as glucosamine. I'm convinced unless you have some sort of deficiency it's a waste. They are water soluble and you just pee it all out. That's if the supplements you get actually have what they say they have in them. Eat a balanced healthy diet and you should be good.

Also Old Bay and Jamaican Curry I use a lot. Jamaican Curry with Goat and Potatoes hnnng. Also use the curry on lower end steaks like Chuck.

Good stuff. Yea I've always been skeptical of supps but I have a few friends who swear by ZMA, and I live in an area that's always cloudy in winter so the Vit D deficiency is very real. Will see if I can find the Jamaican Curry around here..might be similar to the Caribbean spice mix I use.

My family always used to buy the pre-cut loaves of break in plastic package, until one day I was like "f it I'll just buy this fresh baquette" and I never went back. Sounds like they came to their senses though. All ended well. Now we just need them to give Soroka that 5th spot over Kazmir

I was at Tempe Diablo this weekend for his start....he looks terrible....pitched to Arenado like he didnt even know who he was.
Him and Maldonado obviously dont read scouting reports or talk before his starts. Why feed Arenado a meatball on 3-2 with Story on deck?

Madden is a nightmare for fantasy players. You never know what he's gonna do with that lineup. Save yourself the headache and go with Albies.

Also FWIW even if Happ did get full playing time I'd still take Albies.
